Based in Aurangabad (Maharashtra), Marksys Integrators has carved out a name for ourselves as a reliable CNC router manufacturer in Maharashtra. The CNC router in these fibre laser metal cutting equipment provides high precision and high-speed cutting.

In a nutshell, banks of diodes produce fibre laser light. Fibre optic cable, similar to that used for data transmission, is utilised to channel and amplify the light. On the existing fibre cable, the amplified light is collimated or straightened before being focussed by a lens onto the material to be sliced.

The fibre laser cutting machine is equipped with the most sophisticated worldwide fibre laser source, which produces a strong laser-focused on objects, causing immediate melting and evaporation. A digitalized mechanic system controls the automatic cutting.

Traditional YAG and Co2 laser systems are up to 10 times more energy-efficient than fibre lasers. The yearly energy savings can attract government grant funds for industrial energy efficiency projects because they consume little to no energy while not in use.

There are no mirrors to adjust or align, and no lights to replace with a fibre laser. Maintenance is kept to a bare minimum, allowing for maximum use and uptime. The lasers are intended to be used as industrial equipment on the shop floor.

Our Fiber laser equipment is inexpensive and uses very little power each hour. It has a 1,00,000-hour lifetime. Fibre lasers require no maintenance and have a better cutting speed and efficiency; the cutting plate may move at speeds of up to 10 metres per minute.
